From the outside, it didn't make sense. I had built a great career leading teams and creating dynamic organizations that loved their work and excelled at what they did.
Following my passion to make a difference turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. When my mom, an amazing nurse and leader, got cancer, it hit me. Even she needed someone beside her to navigate the system, advocate for what mattered to her, and make sure her wishes were heard.
That experience helped me understand something about myself. Nursing didn't change who I was. It revealed my values, my strengths, and how much helping people and making a difference matters to me.
Halfway through a successful corporate career, I left to become a nurse.

My job isn't to tell you what your life should look like. It's to help you slow down, get honest about what actually matters to you, and build something that fits what's real now.

WHERE IT COMES FROM
Leaders saw possibility in me and gave me a chance.
On paper, I wasn't qualified, but people saw something in me before I could see it myself, and handed me roles I never imagined I'd hold. I grew into every one of them. That's the heart of how I work now.
The most important things I know, I didn't learn in a classroom. I learned them from building and running my own business, leading teams through hard change, and sitting with people in the hardest moments of their lives. All of it taught me the same thing: people are capable of far more than they let themselves imagine. Now I help my clients see who they really are, believe in what's possible, and go build it.
