Work With Me

When life shifts, clear thinking matters.

I left a successful corporate career because I wanted to do work that truly mattered. What I didn't know then was how many reinventions that decision would lead to, or how much each one would shape the coach I am today.

I spent fifteen years in corporate leadership directing teams across marketing, operations, strategic planning, and training. It was meaningful, demanding work and it taught me how to lead large organization  through major change and  help them navigate transitions.  But I driven to make a positive difference in people's lives  and left to go to nursing school at UCSF..

For twenty years I ran a nurse-based private care management practice helping older adults and their families navigate the real challenges of aging. Changing health, care decisions, living transitions, and the profound shift that happens when an adult child becomes their parent's primary support. I built that practice from the ground up, poured everything into it, and eventually sold it.

That season was harder than I expected. When the business sold and my son left for college at the same time, my life went from 100 miles an hour to 5. I felt lost. My purpose had to be redefined. I thought I'd adapt quickly but there were emotions I didn't anticipate, and I found myself stuck for a while even though I knew I was in transition and actively working through it. What I learned firsthand is that knowing you're in transition doesn't mean you get to skip it. You still have to go through it.

That experience is why I do this work. I understand, not just professionally but personally, what it feels like when multiple transitions arrive at once, and how much it matters to have someone genuinely in your corner as you find your way through.

Today I bring my nursing background, my care management experience, my years in corporate leadership, and my training as an ICF Professional Certified Coach to people navigating their own significant transitions. I believe that clarity, health, and the right support can make the difference between feeling stuck and moving forward with intention.

When I'm not working you'll find me outside, hiking, skiing, or somewhere in the mountains. I also volunteer with Connected Horse, the Alzheimer's Association, and several community leadership programs, because giving back has always been part of how I'm wired.

"Transition is the natural process of disorientation and reorientation that marks the turning points of the path of growth."  — William Bridges
